I'm back to blogging...was that my longest hiatus ever? I have been "baking" as my friend Chanel affectionately refers to it. Baking a bun in the oven, if you will. Our second baby makes his/her debut in the middle of May. Last week at my 12 week appointment, I heard the heartbeat for the first time. Can I just say I love that part? Colt was a little scared of the noise that filled the doctor's office, but that beautiful sound makes the pregnancy so real to me.
So there's my excuse for my hermit ways. I'm still trying to kick the morning sickness so my sister did my job for me and posted pics of Colt at Halloween. Check out her blog here.
Oh and a shout out to the Twilight series! My sister-in-law Carolynn sent the series to me and I could not put them down. As soon as I finished the 3rd book, I read them all again. Embarrassing, but true. So now, not only do I want to be part of Harry Potter and company, I want to bffs with the Edward and Bella clan too. Is it healthy to want so many fantasy friends? :)

I hope Sawyer or Delaney (my choice of names for you) have the same schmooshy lips Colt had. I should probably quit my job and fly out after mom visits. Only because I won't ever get to hold the baby if mom's out there. haha.

What a cute Elmo!! And I am glad you loved the Twighlight series! I am sad I am done with them...I need another one to read!

Blogging? Forgettaboutit! Bake away my friend! I do NOTHING when I am pregnant. Seriously... I throw-up, spit, throw-up, spit, eat chips, throw-up, spit, suck on lollipops, and spit. It's my FAVORITE thing in life to do! NOT! Oh yea, CONGRATS!!! ;)
As for this Twilight thingy, I WILL NOT READ THEM UNTIL THEY ARE ALL OUT! People keep offering to send me the series because they are appalled that I haven't read them, and I say, hey, I'm only now just readying Harry Potter. I will not read a series until they are all out! I got so burned with the Enders series I will never do it again. I think I just wrote my next blog entry... love you!

so i had my eclipse/new moon book club last night...(twilight was last month) and the MAJORITY of people were for Jacob.

Hello! Welcome back! I hope this means you are feeling better. I kept hoping this little bun in the oven would stop making you so sick. Maybe it's supposed to make the no-sleep-once-they-are-born thing feel less awful.
The pix on Ashley's blog are awesome! Must admit my fav is the one with Colt sitting down looking up. Can't believe how big he is!! Ooh! Wish I could hug & kiss him but guess I'll just have to be patient. Nothing like a great picture to motivate me to visit.
So glad you liked the books! Yeah, I read them all over again after I finished and I love Jacob!! Can't wait for the next installment. Why won't she write faster?? :)
