Busy, busy, busy

I've been anti-blogging lately because of our crazy but fun last couple of weeks. No posting (no shock there), no reading, no commenting but due to some requests from aunts and grandparents here's the documentation of some of what we've been up to...
Cade's blessing. Thanks to all who came (especially those who traveled and Stewy and Robyn who came even though they could only stay for the blessing part - the most important part but still). I'm looking a little squinty but it was the only picture where you could see both kids well and what can I say...I sacrifice for my children. I'm a giver that way.

Baking bread. Somehow I feel so "homemakerish" when I do things like this. I love it. Now all I need is a bonnet and I don't think I can get much more Mormon.
Watching fireworks. Don't you love Evan's shirt? He wears his patriotic apparel every 4th of July. I love this man something fierce.

Restraining myself from eating this little guy up. Completely edible don't you think? I always thought it was funny when people described babies this way. Then I had one and then another one - and I completely understood.

Pictures not included:

Landscaping our backyard - finally finished! Thanks to Evan's parents...

Cutting all my hair off. Evan laughed when he saw me - he says it was a "good" laugh but maybe not the best first reaction wouldn't you say ladies?

MMmmm....will you hate me if I sneak into Cade's room tonight while he's sleeping? If he happens to get held, it's not my fault!!! =). And Colt too...I can't wait to get my hands on him. Oh-wo-wo-wo-kay!

Cute pictures. Cade is so adorable. And I totally want to see your hair. I'm sure it's adorable, but no, you never want a laugh as the first thing.

Thanks so much for the pictures from a pesky, anxious auntie! It's so fun to see Cade smiling but it's also cool that even at this young age he looks different than Colton. Those look like the Jones cheeks again though.

Bread, eh? That's something I've never conquered. You would think with the master breakmakers (Mom & Denise) that I would be a pro but not so. Three cheers for you!! Hip-hip-hooray!! Now you'll have to start wearing extra long skirts and the pioneer bonnet. :)

You can't leave us in suspense about your hair!! Must see it!! Although if it looks as cute as I suspect, it will just make me want to cut my hair again! Bet you are a stunner as always.
Love ya & miss you!

You look awesome, Rebecca! Cade is growing like a weed! I love his blessing outfit. Yeah...don't mention a hair cut and NOT post a picture! Look at you, Miss Suzy Homemaker baking bread! Tips, please. I'm scared of yeast. Dumb, I know.

Your new little one is so darling--so, so, so darling. You know I'm not a baby person, but I totally get what you mean about eating him up. Because oh my gosh Rebs, did I mention he's darling? You did good.

We need pictures of your hair. NOW.

Loves.

Can't wait to see hair pictures!

Umm and WAY TO GO on baking bread! That is a very Mormon thing that I have yet to try to do...although it's on my to-do list. Loved the comment about wearing a bonnet...haha..I laughed.

Love all the new pictures!! And your hair looks so cute. I can't believe how big Cade is getting, I don't know how you get anything done, I would spend my whole day starring at him.

Haven't you just become the little Mormon mom! . . .baking bread, babies, short hair (my mom is always commenting that when women start having kids their hair gets shorter and shorter).

Such cute boys . . .I need more of those in my life!

So it just now dawned on me that Friday night's Girls Night was because of Breaking Dawn. Have you finished reading it yet? I love how i started it and you rolled with it. Maybe you can just tell me how the book ends. NOTHING compares with stoneflower though. How could I have ever even compared?

ANyways, remember that phone call you were going to return? ;). Hope you had fun. Call me tomorrow if you get a chance!

Love ya!

First of all...how did we not make the connection of our dear love...Edward! I can't believe it. I still am only a little ways into the book, but I can't wait to read it more!!
And...you cut your hair?!! I am so excited to see it! I love the short hair, although I've always had long hair so I'm a little bias towards liking the short for a while. We'll have to get together, so I can see it!
